Uhuru Kenyatta's Secret Heir Unmasked

Sherlock Holmes was a private detector whose proficiency in unraveling crime mysteries bordered hubris. When asked how he managed to solve complex tasks that easily, he answered thus; My method is simple, I have heavily invested in the art of deduction based on observation where the tinniest detail yields a multiplicity of ideas (Read Conan Doyle's Adventures of Sherlock Holmes) its great a masterpiece.

Its evident that through acute observation, deduction and logic reasoning, one can see what the 'blind' eye cannot see.Through observation, King Solomon amassed tons of knowledge and by the time he concluded that there is nothing new under the sun, he had exclusively observed it all.

Succession wheel is currently on motion as it rolls to its portended destination, Statehouse. Uhuru Kenyatta who happens to be incumbent custodian of symbols of Kenyan power has confessed that his hands are leveraging ground for his successor.

Before things fell apart that the centre couldn't hold anymore, William Ruto was supposed to be his natural heir. But since there is an ever widening gap between reality and anticipations, Uhuru is working around the clock to see Kenya's fifth head of state's name don't read Dr William Samoei Kipchirchir Ruto.

Uhuru has further divulged that his 2022 choice will shock many, this begs the question, who is this invisible candidate who is slated to surprise many? Many will opine that this surprise heir is Agwambo and that is politically wrong.

Before using Sherlock's observation and deductive method, let us remind ourselves with what David's son quipped in the book of Ecclesiastes 1:9. My Bible reads thus; What has happened before will happen again. What has been done before will be done again. There is nothing new under the sun, it adds. Does yours also say so? Presumably yes.

Though Baba Muhoho is angling to give Kenyans a surprise of their lives, whatever he is angling to do won't be new under the sun. It has been done before and verily it will be done again, in future.

Prophets in my head tells me that Uhuru will follow his godfather's footsteps in choosing his successor. In case you had forgotten, Daniel Arap Moi's choice of successor in 2002 surprised the country and his closest associates.

With vast political experience, George Saitoti and Raila Odinga were looking forward to be endorsed for the top seat by Nyayo, they got a surprise of their lives when Moi threw his gauntlets behind a political neonate and a parliamentary loser Uhuru Kenyatta.

That's the very surprise Kenyatta's son is presumably talking about. Since we now know how the surprise will look like, who will he front for the top seat?

Though Moi's protégé lost 2002 race to Mwai Kibaki, he had played his part by handing over the baton to the rightful owner. History has incessantly reminded us how sedate the relationship between Jomo Kenyatta and Daniel Moi was. The later become the head of state after Jomo's death. To return hand and show appreciation, Moi hauled Kenyatta II from an oblivion, moulded and gave him the mantel irrespective of his inexperience.

A good round deserves a good turn and this Uhuru will predictably do. Gideon is the current custodian of  fimbo ya Nyayo and though his father is no more, Moi still lives in him and the symbolic rungu. Mark me you, Uhuru will front Gideon Moi as his successor. Gideon may fail to strike the right note, but Uhuru will have returned hand to Moi and it will be Gideon's feat to establish himself politically.

Even the dullard observants will undebatably nod to the fact that Baringo senator is currently breaking his coon and this points to one end; he is preparing for something big.
