OKA's Swift Move Which Has Saved DP Ruto From UhuRaila Rollers

Interesting study of Kenyan politics has time and again shown that the presidential seat is a preserve for those with money and numbers. Consequently, Kikuyu and Kalenjins control both and this explains why the presidency has been shifting between the aforementioned tribes since independence.

As the country hurtles towards the much anticipated August 9 polls, political telescopes are revolving around the self-crowned chief hustler William Ruto and ODM boss Raila Odinga. The duo are perceived to be the frontrunners in a race to succeed Kenyatta II who is living his last eight months of his two-five year tenure.

The aforenamed duo are political heavyweights with unparalleled experience, deep pockets, influence, endearing nature and maverick planning strategies which gives them a rare aura of political admiration and following.

William Ruto stands a chance to occupy the house on the hill top so does Raila Odinga. To amplify the gap between them, political pundits and theorists have advised the two to recruit One Kenya Alliance (OKA) principals to their respective camps but the said principals have stood their ground affirming that they will not throw their gauntlets behind any of the two frontrunners.

Pro-Raila team is more determined to have Musalia Mudavadi, Kalonzo Musyoka, Moses Wetangula, Gideon Moi and Cyrus Jirongo with the outgoing Head of State personally leading the pack. Without their support, Raila's fifth presidential shot is destined to hit a cul-de-sac end and suppose that happens, his closest rival will carry the day.

In his statistical projections, Chama Cha Kazi (CCK) party leader explicitly showed that in case 2022 Statehouse race will be a four-horse race between Ruto, Raila, Kalonzo and Mudavadi, the former will lead the pack with a (6,370,000) 40.97% rating with the remaining trio pocketing (6,370,000) 36.84%, (1,500,000) 9.65% and (1,950, 000) 12.54% respectively.

In a two-horse race biting Raila Odinga and William Ruto, the veteran will give the man from Sugoi a rounded beating by garnering a total of 8,129,00 (52.28%) votes with Samoei pocketing a sum of 7, 420,00 (47.72%) votes.

From Moses Kuria's projections which were recently echoed by the famous Infotrak Research Group, OKA principals will be the determinants of who between Agwambo and DP Ruto will occupy Statehouse after Uhuru Kenyatta's anticipated exit.

In their Wednesday joint media address, KANU chairman affirming OKA's unrelenting course to form the next government;

"We assure our supporters that as One Kenya Alliance, we are still on course and unrelenting in our pursuit for a just, inclusive and prosperous Kenya. That is a path we shall not deviate from at all costs. Hence in due course, we shall also formally unveil our presidential candidate" Moi said.
On his hand, Amani National Congress (ANC) who has recently been accused of brokering a secret deal with William Ruto's camp urged their supporters to give the much publicized public misinformation a wide berth;

"One Kenya Alliance is united and intact. Of late there has been a lotbof misinformation to Kenyans of things that I haven't said. I urge fellow Kenyans to exercise patience and sobriety. Matters of leadership of this country are close to my heart, I cannot allow myself and my political associates to gamble with the lives of Kenyans". MaDvd affirmed.

Moses Wetangula who was accused of playing a political ping-pong game with OKA and Ruto's side dispelled the rumors citing that One Kenya Alliance is true to their course;

"Nobody in his right frame of mind will join a race to precipitate  a situation. We have only  joined the race to win, OKA knows what it is doing and what is good of it. We will not be cajoled into sprinting when we are running a marathon". Wetangula said.

As it sounds, OKA is determined to raise the third force against Raila and Ruto and though stats have time and again showed their course is impractical, they have somewhat saved Samoei from Uhuru-Raila political rollers, and to Jakom, this is but a big blow.
