Ruto’s open defiance to his boss coupled with his overly ambitious demeanor laced with impatience is said to have catalyzed UhuRuto fallout. William and his Tanga Tanga bandwagon have since sustained political injuries inflicted by their enemies.

As the man from Sugoi detached himself from Jubilee Party, Uhuru found solace and a co-worker in Raila Odinga. The two have made it their mundane criss-crossing the country launching this, overseeing that, popularizing this and condemning that.

As pro-handshake crusaders heaped praises on Jomo and Jaramogi’s songs for such a nationalistic move, pro-Ruto enhancers saw a stumbling block that would thwart William’s 2022 presidential course. Ruto’s army has lived trying to deflate UhuRaila wheel but hitherto they have registered a miserable fail.

In the recents days, rumors of Agwambo bolting out of BBI bandwagon has been doing rounds with ODM top brass citing frustrations from DCI and Uhuru’s allies as the reason they may jump out of the handshake vehicle. These rumors saw theories sprouting of a possible Raila-Ruto coalition ahead of 2022 polls.

Speaking to Radio Citizen a while ago, the second in command affirmed that he is ever willing to work with his enemies provided they subscribe to his school of thought. Samoei is the chief advocate of Hustler ideology a political maxim which seeks to empower the country’s hoi pollois.

Raila’s cronies have equally nodded to the possibility of them working with Ruto but the question of when? Remains unanswered. Let it be remembered that Kenyatta II is currently leveraging the ground and erecting fortresses to ensure that his successor don’t have William Kipchirchir Samoei Ruto as names.

By letting his liutenants frustrate Jakom, the later would have let go and this would have made Ruto-Raila reunion a ticket that would have caused a political storm in the country. After the reunion, all Ruto needed was to convince his former boss to throw his gauntlets behind him, as the doyen puts it; Aliajia Raila ile, maybe the time is ripe for Baba to return hand.

To prevent the above from turning practical, Uhuru swiftly swang into action by holding Raila’s hand. On 31st March, Kenyatta drove to Raila’s Karen abode and the following day the two made a public appearance launching projects here and there. The trailblazer also affirmed that BBI Reggae was unstoppable and soon, the entourage will be back on their trail and this to William whose hopes had started glowing will have no option but to re-strategize.
