Ruto Aside, Two Presidential Candidates Uhuru Kenyatta Will Likely Endorse in 2022

After Judas Iscariot’s terrible death (its written in Acts 1:18 that he used the proceeds of his barbaric act to buy a field, he fell to his death, he burst open and all his insides spilled out). His field has since been named Akeldema which means Field of Blood.

Judas’ death created a vacuum in the team and as the book of Psalms puts it, ‘May his house become empty; may no one live in it and may someone else take his place of service’’. Peter led the process of finding Iscariot’s successor and two names were brought forth; Joseph who was called Barabbas and Matthias.

The only qualification was; the candidate must be one of the men who were in their group during the whole time that the Lord Jesus travelled about, beginning from the time John preached his message of baptism until the day Jesus was taken up heaven.

The team then prayed after which they casted lots and Matthias was chosen as Judas’ replacement. Uhuru Kenyatta’s two-five year tenure is vastly dissipating and before exiting the stage, IEBC is bound to conduct polls and Kenyans will cast their lots and whoever garners 51% of total casted votes will officially unseat Jomo’s son.

As Biblical Peter under whose hands Jesus vested his mission so is Uhuru who Kenyans entrusted power with. The commander-in-chief has declared that his hand will leverage the ground for his heir who none knows. If Jubilee Coalition’s 2013 pre-election Pact was our standard reference point, then William Ruto is his natural successor but that is no longer viable.

Uhuru will verily throw his gauntlets behind a candidate and hitherto there are two known qualifications such a person must possess. First he must be a Non-Kikuyu and a non-Kalenjin, secondly he must not have any direct or indirect link with William. Let it be noted that one of Uhuru’s political assignments is that of ensuring his deputy does not occupy the house on the hill.

ANC party leader Musalia Mudavadi is one among the many who have met the requirements. The former Vice President hails from Western Region and he is currently working hard to break his own kola nut. MaDvd’s relationship with Ruto is not one of the greatest and for this, he may be the anointed one.

His relation with ODM chief and Kenyatta II is glistening and if there is a man Uhuru can easily front is Mudavadi. He nearly resigned in 2013 in his favor but the ‘dark forces’ rejected the deal. With Agwambo and Uhuru’s support, MaDvd will be yards away.

In the recent days the KANU chair has been criss-crossing the country in what has been dubbed as a familiarization tour, the scion of Kenya’s political professor is angling to fly One Kenya Alliance flag in 2022. Theorists have since forecasted that Gideon may turn out to be Uhuru’s secret successor. Moi and Kenyatta families are close associates and since Nyayo did good to Kenyatta’s son, its maybe the time for the latter family to return hand, besides what you do to men will be done to you, says the holy writ.
