Following a spike of Covid-19 cases, the president has once again imposed strict directives which aims at reducing the spread of the virus. Among the measures, is the ban of political gatherings for a period of thirty days.

William Ruto and Raila Odinga are the greatest losers of the president's directive. The duo have been criss-crossing the country spreading various gospels. Raila is leading a pro-BBI campaign and its his mundane task to popularize the report and woe Kenyans to support it.

On the other edge, Ruto is the chief propagator of Hustlers vs Dynasties tale and his gospel thrives more through public rallies and since the commander in-chief of armed forces has said halt! Hustlers will practically miss their master who had made it a hobby traversing the country.

Despite of the order from the above, William will undebatably adopt plan B to keep his supporters abreast of his plans to them. How will he do that when public rallies have been banned? One may wonder.

This is the 21st century where technology is the parcel of our lives, in case you never knew, Ruto is the country's most followed politician in Social media platforms (Twitter and Facebook).

On Twitter, the firebrand has over 3.6Million followers and in Facebook, he commands over 1.4Million followers. With this kind of audience behind him, Ruto's embers won't be cold.

All he needs it to get a strong connectivity, some bundles go to his keyboard and mingle with his fans. Words will spread that the doyen has changed platform and this as in real life, will see the number of his followers increasing.
