Former Bomet Governor Isaac Ruto is no doubt an elder who sees while seated that a young boy sees while on the peak of a tree. While attending an interview on KTN's popular Power Blank show a year ago, CCM leader made a prediction that has since come to pass.

Interestingly, all is not lost for the man from Sugoi, he should condense his sources and form unbeatable an army with longtime experience, influence and networks, by doing so, his 'dying' embers will be reignited.
