The fight over a regal estate pitting three women displayed a new facet after one of the widows was accused of framing her children's birth certificates in order to benefit from the multi-million estate.

Aligning our admission to a report by daily nation dated September 24, the three widows, Ann Wanjiru, Norah Atieno and Phelesia Olweny have been fighting over the ornate estate following the death of tycoon Eliakim Washington Olweny.

The second wife Atieno was literally puzzled with perplexity after allegations surfaced that she doctored her children's birth certificate in order for them to devour the hearty millions.

Timothy Olweny and Edwin Olweny, sons of the first wife Phelesia Olweny, took to court attempting to elbow the other widows from receiving an inheritance.

Highlighting the inheritance boundary, the sons of the first wife dubbed the other widows alongside their children as strangers.

Norah noticed that things were off the table, in her defense, she claimed to have diluted her first marriage in 1992 after which she mutually climbed the commitments ladder with Washington in 1999, the year they bore a child together.

Timothy highlighted that he caught sight of Norah's sons birth certificate implying Washington to be their father.

Norah further conveyed that the business mogul had given her the elbow room to change the names etched on the birth certificate, a revelation that Timothy disputed.

"The late registration documents had no signatures, she had not met with my father when the genuine certificates were being issued. How then would he have consented? For a father to adopt a child there are adoption proceedings,” he argued.

The woman was accused of willfully giving false information to the county civil registrar’s office in Nakuru with the intent of doctoring a second birth certificate for her children.
