Here is Ruto's Tactical Weapon in Mt Kenya That Will be Bad News to Uhuru

Presently, there are two scripts which describe the relationship between president Uhuru Kenyatta and his deputy William Ruto. The first or rather the second script (chronology is not of importance though) begins from the time fate brought them together to chant their political destiny.

The duo were in Ocampo's list of the suspected masterminds who fuelled 2007/2008 which saw tens of hundreds losing their lives, hundreds of thousands displaced with thousands of thousands sustaining psychological injuries. ICC case inter joined them and from that Jubilee Coalition came to be.

Politics is a game and UhuRuto played it tactically emerging the victors in 2013. Between 2013  to 29th March 2018, their camaraderie was glistening sending sparks of optimism to their supporters with an assurance that the marriage was destined to  stand the weight of time and tests.

The second script dates from 30th March 2018 when the unexpected happened on Harambee house stairs. Uhuru Kenyatta and Raila Odinga buried their hatchets and embraced each other with a handshake. That marked a new dawn to the country and Jubilee party in particular. The country was salvaged from a possible downfall since political temperatures had spiralled threatening the country's  stability.

Jubilee party was however unfortunate, the once unified party split into two factions; Tanga Tanga and Kieleweke  fronts. The former propagates their allegiance to William with Kieleweke rallying behind Uhuru. Since then, anti-Ruto marshals have unleashed all kinds of political machinations to dismount Samoei's camp and its by grace that he is still standing.

Its evident that the son of Sugoi is scheming to teach the son of Kenyatta a political lesson by humbling him in his home turf. Uhuru is Mt Kenya's kingpin and the region is known for their unity in supporting any presidential candidate. They vote as a block and this has given them a bargaining power over the years.

Those apprised with current politics will unanimously agree with me that Ruto is working tirelessly to split the region into two. The schism will work in his favour but Uhuru is set to lose.

William has frequented the area in what looks like a wooing spree. To win the locales hearts he has invested in them and this has seen him earning followers singlehandedly without indulging the region's kingpin. Assuming he wins 50 % of the region's votes he will only need to compensate from other regions. Western Kenya region (Ruto has equally frequented the area severally) will likely fill the basket and this is not good news to Uhuru Kenyatta and Raila Odinga.

Unless the son of Gathundu consolidates his hotbed and safeguards it from intruders, the region's schism will work against them and its possible for Uhuru to be dethroned as area kingpin with an outsider taking the mantle.
