Nominated Senator Millicent Omanga has reacted after the demise of the Matungu lawmaker Hon Murunga.
The nominated senator has condemned the government of Kenya for its negligence of ensuring that there are enough oxygen ventilators to supply adequate oxygen to patients in various hospitals countrywide.
Via her Tweeter account, Senator Millicent Omanga has thrown a jab to the government claiming that the government will obviously tell patients to pay for the COVID-19 treatment but once you are admitted you find yourself lacking oxygen to keep you going.Moreover, senator Omanga has breathed fire that the government has its own important things to do with the money they acquire when a patient dies of COVID-19 after making payments to cater for her treatment.

The body of the late Matungu lawmaker has been ferried to Lee Funeral home in Nairobi from Mumias with view of planning for a decent burial.
