How William Ruto has Managed to Beat the Deep State

William Ruto vs the Deep State

Its no doubt that Isaac Newton's discoveries will stand the weight of time and generations. But should the physician rise up from the dead, he will be shocked to learn that William Ruto has defied the laws of political gravity. Instead of buckling under pressure, Ruto is soaring higher and higher.

The unprecedented handshake between Raila Odinga and Uhuru Kenyatta is perceived to be the  genesis of UhuRuto fallout. Ruto's camp has since been exposed to the wrath of government machinations with Kenya's conventional power-brokers vowing there is no way Ruto can be the country's fifth commander in-chief.

William's woes started with his allies getting expunged from key parliamentary positions, then his office de-stripped of its powers and budgetary allocations were slashed by forty percent. Despite of all the humiliations, William has managed to remain politically  afloat, how is that possible?

Incase you are enamored with Biblical texts, then you know of the two builders; the first one dug a strong foundation for his house and when storms blew, his house was unshakeable and it managed to stand the wrath of heavy winds.

The other builder was literally lazy, he built his house without a firm foundation and when winds blew, the structure was no more. That analogy best describes what Ruto did.

William Ruto has been the presidential candidate for eight years now. Jubilee Coalition's 2013 pre-election pact stipulated that UhuRuto could support each other in a ten-ten year basis.

This gave the son of Sugoi an ample time to dig a deep foundation for his house. This is the ultra explanation on how William has managed to stand tall amidst tribulations. Or you tell me, is it possible to fight and humble someone who has been planning since 2013?

God also takes credit. Are you stressed? beaten? hopeless? and troubled? try God. The Bible has records of how the Almighty stood with those who religiously sought His help and to date, He still helps those who seeks him.

Ruto has watermarked himself as a relentless   Christian. He is fond of attending church sermons in various denominations. His, "They have deep states and godfathers but we have God the father na wananchi'' line is his favorite mostly when telling off his critics.

Personally am a second hand Christian but I know that God puts a fortress around the faithfuls to protect them against their enemies. God never forsakes but man does.
