Kikuyu men are more often than not accused of not being artistically and creatively romantic to the 'baes' in their lives.

While these men score highly in other fields like entrepreneurship, they are rated lowly on matters romance, love and other related fields.

Some of these things said about Kikuyu men could be true while the rest of the stuff could just be stereotypical poppycock.

But as it is often said, there is no smoke without fire and, therefore, there could be an element of truth in some of these accusations levelled against Gikuyu men.

That said, here are three things that these men can apply to their sorry situation by singing it to their 'baes' regularly to keep the embers of love and romance glowing brighter.

As a matter of fact, their women value and adore hearing the three things regularly. And who knows, they could just be the much needed antidote to stopping your dear wives from sleeping in tracksuits and T-shirts inscribed 'seng'enge ni ng'ombe.

1. 'Bae I will do the cooking today'

The Kikuyu society, however civilized and liberal it may consider itself to be, the Central Kenya community still remains widely patriarchal.

Men still have the upper hand when it comes to major decision-making in day-to-day life. Domestic works including cooking are perceived as majorly a women affair.

IMPORTANT: Kenya Postal/Zip codes.

So, when a Kikuyu man breaks from this conservative culture and volunteers to do the cooking or clean the dishes as the wife takes sit back enjoying popcorns after a hard day's work, the outcome in the bedroom can only be amazing!

2. 'Bae you look fine today than ever'

There is nothing that women like and appreciate a hundred thousand times than compliments that touch on their looks. Telling your wife of say 10 years that she looks finer than you've ever seen her won't cost you a dime yet the results will just be unprecedented.

3. 'Bae I need you to have some time to yourself as I take the kids out'

Take it or leave it, there is nothing that women value than knowing that their men value the kids and them as wives.

So, whenever you show her that you can allow her some free moments without the kids, the bond between you can only turn covalent!
